Since my brother Steve's passing on May 21, 2025, I have tried to make it my goal as his brother to honor my promise to him to fulfill his wishes and legacy without asking anyone for help. Over the last six months, I have worked tirelessly and used all my personal financial assets to cover the day-to-day foundation expenses—hoping that my efforts alone would be enough to last until the memorial ride and the self-supporting goals were achieved. However, as time passes, it's become clear that initial preservation of Steve's legacy in a timely manner is becoming a larger financial expense than I can accomplish on my own. Despite my unwavering commitment to succeed, I have determined the foundation's needs are beginning to outgrow my personal resources at the current time. Therefore, I am, reluctant but hopeful that the choice to reach out to the community for support is the right decision at this time. Your help is now critical to ensure that Steve's final wishes can be fulfilled, and his extraordinary legacy endures.

The Steve Huff Memorial Foundation is dedicated to preserving Steve's historic legacy and sharing his courageous and inspiring battle with stage four cancer—a journey he faced with a smile and unmatched determination. With your support, the 2026 campaign will help us:

• Fulfill Steve's final wishes—conserving his life's work, honoring his memory, and sharing his accomplishments.

• Launch the Memorial Foundation's inaugural Steve Huff Memorial scholarships for youth and future leaders pursuing careers in the trades.

Your Donation Makes a Direct Impact

• Legal & Administrative Support: We are actively working to regain control of multiple social media pages and digital assets belonging to the Stephen Anthony Huff Estate and the Foundation. These pages showcase Steve's career, history, images, and historic moments. After all reasonable efforts—including cease-and-desist letters—an unauthorized individual still refuses to return these assets. Your contribution will directly assist with any initial legal costs necessary to reclaim Steve's Intellectual Property and irreplaceable archives, which we anticipate will be recouped upon judicial verdict and relief sought in litigation. This will help ensure the rightful custodian has control for future generations.

• Memorabilia Preservation & Museum Preparation: Funding will assist with the preparation, transport, and display of Steve's racing vehicles and memorabilia—currently being readied for donation to a major museum. This is how Steve's achievements and spirit will be remembered, honored, and shared with all.

• Scholarship Funding: Your generosity will support the launch of our first annual scholarships in 2026, offering youth a chance to pursue their dreams in the trades. Steve personally selected the first three scholarship recipients before he passed. Our goal is for future awards to be funded by proceeds from the Annual Steve Huff Memorial Ride and Foundation merchandise sales.

No matter the amount, every donation is deeply appreciated and tax-deductible under The Steve Huff Memorial Foundation's federal 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. Your support brings us one step closer to securing Steve's legacy and honoring his remarkable life.

Please note: The foundation understands that fundraising platforms often have fees. This platform was chosen because it does not charge fees on donations; however, it does prompt donors for an optional contribution to the platform itself. The foundation cannot remove this prompt, but all donors can choose not to add the optional amount if they wish.
