These digital assets are a vital part of preserving Steve’s professional legacy and ongoing contributions to motorsport innovation.

Recently, unauthorized management of these accounts was identified, involving content and page activity not sanctioned by the family or foundation. The foundation attempted amicable to resolve this matter with the offender. Unfortunately, this was unsuccessful even after multiple cease-and-desist letters.

In response, the foundation is actively working with Meta’s legal and legacy departments to restore proper oversight and ensure that all online materials associated with Steve name, his likeness, images, businesses, ideas, other Intellectual Property spanning his career are protected and managed according to State and federal laws, his wishes and the standards of The Steve Huff Memorial Foundation.

Therefore, the Foundation is taking steps to make sure all pages and content connected to Steve’s name businesses and career are managed by the foundation to ensure continuity and adherence to the foundations mission.
