Recently, unauthorized management of these accounts was identified, involving content and page activity not sanctioned by the family or foundation. The foundation attempted amicable to resolve this matter with the offender. Unfortunately, this was unsuccessful even after multiple cease-and-desist letters.

In response, the foundation is actively working with Meta’s legal and legacy departments to restore proper oversight and ensure that all online materials associated with Steve's name, his likeness, images, businesses, ideas, other intellectual property spanning his career are protected and managed according to state and federal laws, his wishes and the standards of The Steve Huff Memorial Foundation.

Therefore, The Steve Huff Memorial Foundation is taking all legal steps necessary to make sure all pages and content connected to Steve’s name, businesses and career are controlled and managed by The Steve Huff Memorial Foundation, to ensure continuity and adherence to The Steve Huff Memorial Foundations mission and goals.
